What kind of photo works best?
Choose a clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face and key features are fully visible. Front-facing or slightly angled photos usually work best. Avoid blurry images, heavy filters, harsh shadows, or photos where the face is cropped or covered. If we need a clearer image before creating your artwork, we’ll contact you.
Will the same artwork be used on every piece?
Yes. The final artwork you approve is used across every piece in your set so everything feels thoughtfully coordinated. Placement and scale may be adjusted to suit each item, while the approved portrait remains consistent.
Artwork preview and revisions
Your first artwork preview will be sent within 2–3 business days after we receive all required photos and personalization details. Your order includes up to 3 free revision rounds. Production begins only after you approve the final artwork.

Shipping and delivery
US orders are delivered within 14 days after final artwork approval. This timeline begins after you approve the design—not on the date the order is placed—because production does not begin before approval.

I absolutely love this custom sweatshirt! The embroidery of my cats is stunningly detailed—everything from their bright eyes to their unique markings was captured so accurately. Great customer service and item as described. Ordered early December and received late January early February. The seller was communicative throughout and adjusted my cats design based on my request so that would look more like my fur babies! I love the product and my husband does too since it was his Christmas present. I was able to review the cats look before they shipped off the item and that is when I asked for the 2 adjustments. Nice product only downside is the shipping took a while longer than expected.

One of the images I submitted of my animal looked similar in the proof (top image, far left) they sent me but when I received the sweatshirt, he was entirely gray (if not white!) with very very light brown/golden highlights which does not like like him at all (he’s solid dark brown). Be sure and vet your proof more closely and confirm the colors on the proof are actually what will arrive on your product because this is not what I paid for at all.
