Every Embroiyou piece is made specifically for you, so we begin preparing your order soon after it is placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us as quickly as possible.

Order Changes

• If you notice a mistake in your order details, such as a name, photo, color, size, shipping address or other personalization information, please contact us as soon as possible.
• We’ll do our best to update your order before production begins.
• Once your personalized item has entered production, some changes may no longer be possible.

Artwork Changes

• For products that include an artwork preview, you’ll have the opportunity to review your design before production begins.

Please carefully check all details during the approval stage, including:

• Names and text
• Uploaded photos
• Colors
• Artwork details
• Placement and personalization choices

If you would like something adjusted, please request the change before approving the final artwork.

Once the artwork has been approved and production has begun, additional design changes may no longer be possible.

Cancelling an Order

• If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
• Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, we cannot guarantee cancellation once artwork preparation or production has begun.
• If your order can still be cancelled, our support team will confirm this with you.

After Production Has Started

Once a personalized item has entered production, we may be unable to:

• Cancel the order
• Change the personalization
• Change the product or color
• Change the size
• Replace the uploaded photo or artwork

This is because materials, artwork and production work may already have been prepared specifically for your order.

Shipping Address Changes

• If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.
• We’ll do our best to update the address before your order ships.
• Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
• Mistakes on Your Order

Please carefully review all personalization details before submitting your order.

If the final product is made according to the information you provided and approved, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund for customer-submitted errors.

If the mistake was made by Embroiyou or the finished product does not match the approved order details, please contact us and we’ll help make it right.
