Cancellation & Modification Policy
We understand that personalization details sometimes need to be changed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order.
Before Final Artwork Approval
If production has not yet started, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests such as:
- correcting personalization text
- updating a name
- changing certain colors or options
- replacing a reference photo
- requesting permitted artwork revisions
- requesting cancellation
Whether a change can be made depends on the current stage of your order.
After Final Artwork Approval
Once you approve the final artwork, your design is considered confirmed and your order may move directly into production.
After final approval:
personalization changes cannot normally be accepted, and the order cannot normally be canceled.
Please review your artwork carefully before approving it.
Product Options
Changes involving product size, color, product type, or the pieces included in a matching set may not be possible once materials have been allocated or production has started.
