However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings, fabric batches, and thread materials. Minor variations are normal for personalized and embroidered products and are not considered defects.

3. Personalization Information

You are responsible for reviewing all information submitted with your order, including names, spelling, dates, colors, sizes, uploaded photographs, and other personalization details.

Please ensure that uploaded photos are clear and suitable for creating your personalized artwork.

4. Artwork Preview and Approval

For products that include an artwork approval process, we will send a digital preview before production begins.

You are responsible for reviewing the artwork carefully, including:

• spelling
• personalization text
• colors
• layout
• placement

Production begins after final artwork approval.

Once final artwork has been approved, changes may no longer be possible.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Applicable discounts, promotional offers, shipping charges, and taxes will be displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or technical error.

6. Build Your Matching Set Discounts

Certain products may allow customers to build a personalized matching set by selecting multiple pieces.

Eligible set discounts are applied automatically based on the number of qualifying pieces purchased.

Discount availability and discount levels may change from time to time.

7. Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has entered production.

We reserve the right to contact you if additional information, a clearer reference photo, or clarification of personalization details is required.

We may refuse or cancel an order if we are unable to reasonably produce the requested design.

8. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak-season demand, incorrect addresses, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
