A clear photo makes a better portrait
For the best result:
- Make sure the entire face and ears are visible.
- Use a photo taken in natural or bright, even light.
- Choose a close, in-focus image without filters.
- Avoid distant, blurry or heavily shadowed photos.

01 — Order and details received
After checkout, we receive your selected set, uploaded pet photo and personalization details. The preview timeline begins once all required information has been provided.
02 — Photo and information check
We review the photo for clarity, lighting and visible facial details. We also check names, requested placement and other personalization information before creating the artwork.
03 — First artwork preview
Our team turns your photo into coordinated artwork for the complete set. Your first digital preview is sent within 2–3 business days after all required details are received.
From review to delivery
Approve the artwork, then we create, check and deliver your complete personalized set.
04 — Review and revisions
Review the pet portrait, spelling, colors, placement and overall composition. Your order includes 3 free revision rounds so the design can be refined before production.
05 — Final approval and production
Once you approve the final artwork, the design is confirmed and every piece in the set moves into production using the approved version.
06 — Quality check, packing and delivery
We check the personalization and consistency across the complete set, then carefully pack and ship your order.
Tracking information is provided once your order ships, and US orders are delivered within 14 days after final artwork approval.

What kind of photo should I upload?
Choose a clear, well-lit photo that shows your pet’s full face, eyes, ears and natural expression. Avoid blurry, distant, heavily filtered or shadowed images.
Can I include more than one pet?
The number of pets available depends on the selected set and product options. Check the product page for the supported number of pets before placing your order.
When will I receive my first artwork preview?
Your first digital artwork preview will be sent within 2–3 business days after we receive all required photos and personalization details.
How do the 3 free revision rounds work?
Each round gives you an opportunity to request changes to details such as the portrait, colors, placement or spelling. Please group your requested changes together whenever possible so we can refine the design efficiently.
Do you begin production before I approve the artwork?

When will my order arrive?
US orders are delivered within 14 days after final artwork approval. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
