Within 2–3 business days, we'll send you your artwork to look at. Take your time with it.
03 — Tell us what to change
If something isn't quite right, just say so — you have 3 free rounds of changes. We'll keep adjusting until it feels like them.
04 — We stitch it with care
When you're happy, we'll bring it to life stitch by stitch, check it over, and send it your way. It'll be with you within 14 days.

Every piece in a set is stitched from the same approved artwork, so the portrait reads the same whether it sits on a chest, a cuff or a corner.

What can I personalize in a set?
Personalization options vary by design and may include your pet’s portrait, name, colors, paw motif or coordinating fabric. Each product page will show exactly what information is required. If your design uses a pet photo, choose a clear, well-lit image with their face and important features visible.
When will I receive my artwork preview?
Your first digital artwork preview will be sent within 2–3 business days after we receive all required personalization details.
How do the 3 free revision rounds work?
Every personalized order includes up to 3 free revision rounds before production. Review the preview and send all requested changes together in each round.
Can I make changes after final approval?
No. Production begins after you approve the final artwork, so the design and personalization details can no longer be changed after final approval.
When will my order arrive?
US orders are delivered within 14 days after final design approval. International delivery times vary depending on the destination.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We will review the order and provide a refund for eligible items that arrive faulty, damaged, stained or incorrect.
