Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Custom embroidered items are eligible for return only if there is a defect or design error.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Customers can return the product after 30 days (from the date of successful delivery). Customers will pay the shipping cost back to Embroiyou's warehouse.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@embroiyou.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
💳 Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
