Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order! If there’s an issue, we’re here to help.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Custom embroidered items can only be returned if there is a defect or design error
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to Embroiyou warehouse

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

 

  1. You will be notified via email
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  3. The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made items without defects or errors
  • Items marked as final sale
