What is in the digital preview?
The preview shows the portrait as it will be embroidered. It is the moment to check the features that matter most: the face shape, the markings, the ears and the colors.
Why does the preview matter?
Embroidery is made of stitched thread, so it reads as a portrait rather than a photo. The preview lets you see how that translation looks for your pet before the piece is made.
What affects the likeness?
The photo is the biggest factor. Clear, well-lit, face-forward photos give the most detail. If the photo is not ideal, we will say so in the preview stage, so you can decide whether to send a better one.
Why is my approval the final check?
You approve the design before production. That approval is your confirmation that the portrait looks right to you, and it is the step that moves the order into production.
