What counts as a revision round?
A revision round is one set of changes to the digital preview. For example, you might ask for the markings to be adjusted or the name to be corrected. Sending all changes in one round keeps the process simple and clear.
How do I request changes?
- Review the digital preview carefully.
- Write down everything you want changed.
- Send all the changes together.
- Review the updated preview, and request another round if needed, up to 3 free rounds.
What should I check in the preview?
Look at the face shape, the markings, the ears, the coat colors and any text such as the pet's name. Check it on your phone and on a larger screen if you can, because small details are easier to judge at full size.
What happens after I approve?
Once you approve, the design moves to production. Changes after approval are not possible, so take your time with the preview before you confirm. Delivery in the US takes about 14 days after approval.
