Outline design incurs an additional $5 per pet/person/car.
Full stitch design adds $10 per pet/person/car.
Adding extra embroidered elements costs $5 for each additional location.
A $5 fee applies for any design changes. Please note that if you need to cancel, 70% of the design fee will be retained.
Order cancellations are permitted within 2 hours of placement.

Our shipping policy follows the standard USPS timeframe, typically ranging from 3 to 5 days, depending on your location.
International shipping takes 10 to 23 business days via Registered Post Mail, depending on the destination. 👉 You can upgrade your shipping for faster delivery. A tracking number will be emailed once your item ships. 👉 Please note that holiday periods may affect service availability due to high demand on USPS.

Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the embroidery
Machine wash cold with mild detergent
Use gentle cycle to maintain fabric softness
Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals
Tumble dry low heat or air dry for best results
Avoid ironing directly on the embroidery (iron inside out if needed)
Do not dry clean

Production begins after your approval of the preview and takes approximately 5–7 business days (excluding Sundays). As each item is individually embroidered, we take great care to ensure precision and perform a thorough quality check before dispatch.
