Refund policy

We want you to love your custom piece. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Custom embroidered items can only be returned if there’s a defect or error in the design.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
