✨HOW IT WORKS

• STEP 1
  Placing Your Order: Select the Sweatshirt color and size, then the number of pets to be embroidered. Fill in the personalization box.
• STEP 2
  Send us a high-resolution photo of your pet and their name via Etsy Messages. We will start drawing your pet’s portrait based on the photo. This process takes about 1 week to complete.
  *Note: After the drawing is completed, we can only make minor changes. If you want us to recreate the artwork using an entirely different photo than the one you initially provided, a $15 design fee will be charged.
• STEP 3
  We will send you a mock-up of the portrait once it's finished. Please approve or request changes within 2 days.
  Once you approve the drawing, your order will go into production. It will be on its way within 2-3 business days.

✨CARE INSTURCTIONS

• Machine wash warm, inside out (to protect the embroidery), with like colors. Tumble dry-low. Medium iron. Do not iron the embroidery. Do not dry clean.

✨RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

• All of our sweatshirts are personalized and embroidered to your specific order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any embroidered products.
• We take great care in creating each sweatshirt to your specifications and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to address your concerns.
• In the unlikely event that your sweatshirt is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement item as quickly as possible.
